The shell uses 300D Oxford polyester with a stain resistant finish and double PU coating, with taped seams for waterproof performance. A quilt-lined, detachable hood and heavyweight padding add insulation, while the soft Insulatex lining supports warmth and comfort.

Practical details include a front zip opening with storm flap, extra-long side leg zips for easier changing, and underarm pit zips for ventilation. Contrast panels help protect against dirt, and heat applied segmented reflective tape increases visibility. Storage is extensive, with multiple secure pockets plus radio loops and a detachable ID pocket.
