A clean, contemporary way to define a garden entrance, the Premier Garden Supplies Roma Single Slatted Gate is a decorative timber pedestrian gate with a strong horizontal slatted design. Built by Premier Garden Supplies, it combines sawn slats with approximately 5-10mm gaps and a full frame, creating a Venetian-style look that brings structure, light and airflow to side access points, rear entrances and garden boundaries.

Crafted from tough-sawn timber and pressure treated with Tanalith E, this gate is designed for long-term outdoor use with resistance to rot, decay, fungal growth and changing British weather. A flat top and capping rail complete the design, while the natural timber finish can be painted or stained once the timber has settled. It can also be paired with matching Roma single or double-slatted fence panels for a coordinated boundary.

Treatment & maintenance

The timber is fully treated using Tanalith E pressure treatment. Allow 6-8 weeks after installation before applying paint or stain so the timber can fully settle and dry. As a natural timber product, minor seasonal movement and some dimensional variation should be expected.
