From Pro-Kleen, PatioSeal is a professional patio sealant designed to leave Indian sandstone, patios, paths, concrete, brickwork and internal stone paths with a clear matt finish. Suitable for indoor and outdoor hard floors, it helps protect surfaces from weathering and staining, making it a practical choice for outdoor areas such as barbecue spaces where oil, fat and grease can mark the ground.

The liquid formula is applied in an even coat using a sprayer, with guidance to avoid over-application to prevent ponding. For most surfaces, one coat is recommended, while more porous substrates may require a second. Once applied, it is rainfast after 3–4 hours and fully cured after 24 hours, depending on porosity and temperature.
