Designed for hard floors indoors and out, Pro-Kleen PatioSeal is a professional patio sealant that leaves a clear matt finish across surfaces including Indian sandstone, concrete, patios, paths, slate and brickwork. Ideal for outdoor living areas, it helps protect flooring from weathering and staining, making it a practical choice for spaces used for barbecues where oil, fat and grease can mark the surface.

For best results, ensure the surface is clean and free from dirt, debris and floral growth, then shake well before use. Test a small area for compatibility, pour into a sprayer and apply an even coat, avoiding over-application to prevent ponding. One coat is recommended, though porous substrates may require a second. Do not apply in wet weather or when rain is expected.
