For best results, the roof area should be dampened first, and any thick or overgrown moss removed before application to allow the cleaner to reach the tiles. The formula can be applied generously using a watering can, pump sprayer or airless sprayer, with the roof kept damp throughout the process. Suitable for use on roof tiles, including clay, it is also described as suitable for patio, stone, block paving and Indian sandstone.
