Putnams Fibromyalgia Pillow

Putnams Fibromyalgia Pillow is an extra-long support pillow made in the UK, designed for flexible positioning in bed. Filled with fibre and supplied with a washable poly cotton cover, it can be shaped in different ways to provide support while resting or sleeping.

Its full-flex design allows it to be bent into a V shape for dual support, curled around at night, or used to help maintain the recovery position. The pillow is also described as helping to align the head, neck and spine while relieving tension and pressure on the lower spine. Putnams also notes that it may help with back pain, muscle recovery and arthritis-related discomfort.
