Putnams Foot-ZZ is a specialist foot pillow developed to support foot positioning during sleep. Designed by experts in foot and ankle disease, this Putnams pillow is intended to help manage heel pain associated with Achilles tendinopathy and plantar fasciitis, while supporting a more comfortable night’s sleep.

Its shaped profile uses peaks and troughs to allow the feet to turn during the night, while the wide base helps prevent slippage. Positioned under or over an existing fitted sheet where the foot rests, the pillow raises the sleeping surface around the ankle to help reduce the downward-pointing foot position linked with calf stiffness.
