Created in collaboration with Occupational Therapist Alison Biggs BSc, this Putnams design uses a D-shaped profile and soft foam density to provide targeted support at the lower back without taking up excessive seat depth.

Its smaller format makes it particularly suited to chairs that need additional lumbar shaping while maintaining usable space on the seat. Finished with a black cover and an extendable strap for attaching to the chair, the Putnams cushion is a practical choice for home offices and workplace seating where improved posture support is needed.
