Queens Of The Stone Age 'Songs For The Deaf' is the third studio album by the American rock band, released on August 27, 2002 by Interscope Records. This gatefold 2LP black vinyl edition presents the album’s loose concept, structured as a drive through the California desert from Los Angeles to Joshua Tree, with radio station interludes from towns including Banning and Chino Hills.
Dave Grohl (Nirvana and Foo Fighters) plays drums, and this is the last album to feature Nick Oliveri on bass. Three singles were released from the album: "No One Knows", "Go with the Flow", and "First It Giveth".
