From the Ramsbury Estate in Wiltshire, Ramsbury Single Estate Gin is a London Dry Gin made from field to bottle on the estate itself. Horatio winter wheat grown at Ramsbury forms the base spirit, creating a smooth foundation for a recipe distilled with nine botanicals including juniper, fresh quince, cinnamon, liquorice, orris root, dried lemon peel, dried orange peel, coriander and angelica.

Distilled through a 43-plate copper still, this 40% ABV gin has a crisp, full-bodied character with floral notes, the sweetness of quince, and hints of citrus, spice and woody botanicals. Its balanced profile suits a classic serve with premium Indian tonic, green apple, lime and plenty of ice.
