Our nougat is made to a centuries-old recipe with all-natural ingredients. Folding crunchy almonds into honey and beaten egg white to produce a deliciously sweet and chewy texture. Perfect served as part of a petit fours selection with after-dinner coffee, or try something new and crumble it over ice cream.

With a wonderfully soft and light, chewy texture that won't stick to your teeth and a lovely balance of almond and honey flavours that are succulent without being too sweet.
