Rock Machinery Venom RX177 PTO Chipper

Designed for tractor PTO set-ups, the Rock Machinery RX177 PTO Chipper is built for processing larger timber when clearing land, estates and woodland. This updated 2025 model features a revised electrical system that controls the infeed rollers for simpler operation, alongside a more compact design with front supports and rear chute handles.

A large flywheel and 4 hardened double-sided blades work with 1 counter blade to chip timber up to 175 mm. Drive is direct via a PTO shaft with shear bolt, and the discharge chute is adjustable 290 with an adjustable ejector angle to help place chips where required. A tractor with at least 50 HP is required, and the chipper connects to a 12v electrical supply via a 7 pin plug to power the electrics.
