From Roos Estate in South Africa, PINK Sauvignon Blanc is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown in the Western Cape. This 12.5% ABV wine is hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature to retain its fresh, vibrant character.

Light pink in the glass, it opens with aromas of red fruits, grapefruit and floral notes. The palate is crisp and refreshing, with flavours of juicy watermelon, strawberry and lime, followed by a subtle mineral finish. Served chilled, it suits warm-weather drinking and pairs well with light salads, seafood and grilled chicken.
