The Jerk Rub for Chicken blends classic Jamaican flavours with citrus and spice, designed to season meat before cooking and made to pair particularly well with chicken. For dipping and glazing, the Habanero & Pineapple Jam balances habanero mash with pineapple, ideal alongside cheese and meat or brushed on before roasting. Completing the set, the Spicy BBQ Salt mixes chilli, roasted garlic and Anglesey sea salt from Halen Môn, intended to add a meaty barbecue note when applied to meat before cooking.
