Fired at 800 °C, the enamelware is non-porous and smooth, with optimal hygienic properties and very good thermal shock resistance. It’s suitable for use across the kitchen and beyond, being dishwasher, oven, stove top and freezer-safe, and compatible with all hobs including induction.
