The parasol uses a pulley mechanism to open and close, with a string-operated system to elevate the beams and secure the key in the pre-drilled hole. A cast iron parasol base made with strong resin materials is included; simply select the correct spacers and tighten the knob for a secure fit. Supplied flat packed; self-assembly is required.
