Water can be kept at one of 5 temperature settings from 40°C to 98°C, while 3 dispensing modes support different serving needs. The 680W boiler uses 2 watts continuously to keep water warm. An LCD display shows temperature and boil functions, and the lit water level indicator makes it easy to check contents at a glance. Stainless steel is used for the body and interior pot, with an insulated coated stainless steel casing to help retain heat. A lift-up lid also makes refilling easier with a large jug.
