Supplied flat-packed for self-assembly, it comes with comprehensive instructions plus the necessary fittings and ironmongery. The timber has a dip-treated base coat for transit; after installation, apply a wood preservative and a waterproofing topcoat, then treat annually. A 10-year anti-rot guarantee and a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty are included. All Shire playhouses conform to EN71 Part 8 toy safety regulations.
