Designed as a traditional garden retreat with an inviting frontage, the Shire Kensington 7x10 & Verandah Summerhouse offers a bright, sheltered space for relaxed afternoons and hobbies. Made in Britain, it brings classic character to outdoor living, with a verandah that creates a welcoming approach from the garden.

Shire builds this summerhouse with 12mm shiplap wall cladding and a traditional apex roof, finished with 12mm tongue and groove panels to both the roof and floor. Double doors open wide for easy access and are secured with a gate latch, while four windows (2 fixed and 2 side opening) help to draw in natural light. Acrylic glazing and green felt roof protection complete the specification. The timber is FSC® certified and supplied with a dip-treated base coat for transit; a preservative and waterproof topcoat should be applied after installation, with annual retreatment to maintain the finish and meet the requirements of the 10-year anti-rot guarantee.
