Sierra Cantabria XF Rose 2025 75cl

From Sierra Cantabria, XF Rosé 2025 is a rosé wine shaped by a collaboration between Xandra Falco, Marchioness of Mirabel, and brothers Marcos and Miguel Eguren. Produced from vineyards on the left bank of the Ebro River in the parishes of San Vicente de la Sonsierra and Labastida, it brings together a long winemaking tradition and a precise sense of place.

Delicate pink in colour, this 2025 vintage shows expressive aromas of juicy pear, white peach and watermelon. The palate balances finesse with satisfying roundness, with notes of citrus, galia melon, rose petals and golden apple. Vineyard work is carried out with respect for the environment, using minimal intervention and working in harmony with the biorhythms of the terroir.
