From Domaine Sigalas, this 2024 Santorini Assyrtiko is a white wine with striking coastal character and layered fruit. Grown on Santorini and made from Assyrtiko, it opens with preserved lemon, rockpools and crushed oyster shells, followed by pineapple, peach, honeysuckle and buttery toffee.

The palate combines supple, enveloping roundness with freshness and substance, giving the wine both intensity and balance. It is drinking well now and also has the structure to reward cellaring.
