Simpson Strong-Tie WTS4-225 Type 4 Wall Ties, Steel, 225 mm, Set of 250 Pieces

From Simpson Strong-Tie, the WTS4-225 Type 4 Wall Ties are designed to connect two skins of masonry together, helping to create a secure cavity wall build. Each tie features two drip points to help prevent moisture passing across the tie, supporting cleaner separation between leaves where required.

Designed to prevent entanglement, these light-duty Type 4 wall ties are suitable for box-form dwellings up to 10 metres high with leaves of similar thickness, including internal separating cavity walls. They are intended for use on flat sites in towns and cities where the basic wind speed does not exceed 25 m/s and the altitude is not more than 150m above sea level.
