SkinSense Anti Pigmentation Perfecting Night Cream super-charges the skin's nightly repair process and tackles hyperpigmentation with SkinSense's (AP) Anti-Pigmentation active ingredient complex: Niacinamide, NAG and Hexylresorcinol, with the addition of 0. 5% Tranexamic Acid to help face stubborn dark spots and discolouration.

Key Ingredients:

Niacinamide - This multi-functional ingredient hero helps to hydrate and repair the skin barrier, whilst inhibiting the oxidative stress which causes discolouration.
