Its weighted, ambidextrous handle has a textured grip for improved control, while the no-roll shape helps keep it in place on the work surface.

Fitted with a 10518 straight-edge, rounded-tip blade, this knife uses Slice’s finger-friendly edge and a non-conductive zirconium oxide blade that is chemically inert, heat-resistant up to 1600C and resistant to rust. The reinforced nylon handle adds durability, and the blade can be changed quickly without tools.
