Built for controlled cutting in busy workspaces, the Slice Smart-Retracting Metal Squeeze Knife 10494 combines a metal handle with an auto-retracting blade mechanism. The easy-squeeze handle exposes the blade for use, while smart retraction draws it back in when pressure is released.

This safety knife uses a Finger-friendly blade and includes a blade lock to help prevent accidental blade exposure. Its blade is non-conductive, chemically inert, oil-free and rust-resistant, with wear resistance rated at 11.2x longer than traditional blades. A tool-free blade change system and compatibility with optional pointed-tip 10525 and serrated 10523 blades add further flexibility for workshop, industrial and home use.
