How to use

• Cleanse, then apply serums or oil
• Roll with gentle pressure using upward and outward strokes; lift the roller at the end of each stroke rather than rolling back and forth
• Start at the chin and jawline, rolling from the centre outwards towards the ear lobes
• Roll cheeks from the nose across the cheek bones towards the top of the ear
• Use the smaller end under the eye, rolling gently outwards towards the temple
• Follow the brow bone from the bridge of the nose towards the temples
• Roll the forehead from the middle outwards; finish with a slow roll from between the eyebrows up to the hair line
• Repeat each motion 4–5 times per area
