How to use

• Gently roll onto the legs or feet and massage the oil into the skin
• Elevate the legs after application to get the most out of the experience
• For immediate leg elevation, apply with the roller ball dispense without massaging
• If standing on your feet all day, use before wearing shoes
• Apply cream first if using with other skincare creams, then apply the oil on top and massage gently
