From SPORTNOW, this freestanding speed bag set combines a speed ball, reflex bar and punching pad in one adjustable training station. Built for timing, reflex and punch accuracy drills, it uses a rotating reflex bar that moves on impact to support dodge-and-counter practice during boxing training.

The stand is made from steel, HDPE and PU, with a black finish and a weighted base for stability. The base can be filled with water, sand, or a sand and water mixture up to 40kg. Twelve suction cups add grip, while the height adjusts from 163cm to 205cm to suit different training setups. Hand wraps and an air pump are included, and assembly is required.
