How to apply:

Apply a pea sized amount of toothpaste onto the toothbrush.

Tilt the brush at a 45 degree angle against the gumline.

Switch on the toothbrush.

Gently move the bristles in small circular motions slowly across the teeth.

To make sure you brush thoroughly, divide your mouth into 4 sections - outside top row, inside top row, outside bottom row, inside bottom row.

30 second zone change reminder will prompt you to move to the next section.

To maximise your experience apply light pressure and let the toothbrush do the brushing for you. Do not scrub your teeth.

Continue this routine throughout your 2 minute brushing cycle.

The toothbrush will switch off once your 2 minute brushing timer has been completed
