Made from heat-bonded polyethylene, the membrane is permeable, allowing water to pass through while helping to prevent soil and fine particles from moving into the sub-base. This supports the performance of patios, paving, decking, shed bases, artificial grass, French drains, drainage trenches and soakaway systems. Rot resistant and resistant to naturally occurring soil chemicals, it is suitable for normal domestic applications, including foot traffic and driveways used by cars when installed correctly within the recommended build-up.
