Temperature can be displayed in deg C or deg F. The thermometer can be set with a certain temperature and when your food reaches that temperature it will beep. The thermometer has 2 magnets on the back so that it can be stored permanently on the front of a fridge for example, it also has a retractable stand and timer mode.
