From Flax Farm, this Super Seedy Flax Breakfast is a gluten-free porridge and muesli blend made with oats, flaxseed and mixed seeds. It can be served cold with milk or yoghurt, or cooked with milk or water for a more traditional bowl of porridge.

The 600g blend combines freshly ground bronze and golden flaxseed with gluten-free rolled oats, jumbo oats, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds, alongside pineapple, papaya, apricot and a pinch of cinnamon. With no added sugar or salt, it is suitable for vegans, vegetarians, coeliacs and those following a gluten-free diet.
