Sweed Lydia Millen Lip Liner

How to apply

Start at the cupid’s bow and trace the top lip first, following the natural lip line out to the corners. Repeat on the bottom lip. Wear as an all-over wash of colour, or apply before lipstick to help it adhere for longer-lasting wear.
