Their dappled leaf canopy and three-dimensional growth pattern help separate the bunches and promote even ripening, contributing to a notably deep ruby-purple colour that is unusually dark for Grenache.

The wine opens with a complex mix of sweet, spicy and savoury aromas, including cherries, raspberries, white chocolate, vanilla bean, violets, cloves and anise. In the mouth, succulent black cherry and juicy blackberry notes sit alongside a fine yet firm structure, leading to a clean, dry finish.
