From Taittinger, Les Folies de la Marquetterie NV is a Champagne made exclusively from grapes grown in the Folies vineyard overlooking Château de la Marquetterie, the birthplace of the Taittinger family champagne. This non-vintage cuvée is produced from first-press juice, with each plot vinified in small volumes and certain batches matured in oak casks.

Aged in bottle for five years, it shows both richness and precision. The bouquet is intensely fruity, with aromas of peach and apricot jam alongside subtle toasted brioche and vanilla. On the palate, it is full-bodied, smooth and fruity, with dominant peach flavours and a distinctive finish marked by lightly woody notes.
