Teeter Dex II

Designed for serious core and back training, the Teeter DEX II Inversion & Core Training System brings a forward-rotating, hip-supported set-up to home and commercial environments. Rated for commercial use to 350.0 lb (159.0 kg), it supports the body from the hips in a bent-knee/bent-hip position to flatten the lumbar curve and focus decompression on the lower back.

User-controlled forward rotation keeps load off the ankles, while the horizontal in-use position helps avoid hyperextension and keeps the focus on the core during back extension work. Beyond inverted stretches and core exercises, the robust base also supports reverse dips, modified push-ups and exercise band work. Finished in sleek, flat-black, it combines a sturdy steel base with practical multi-user adjustability.
