A 3 kW ceramic infrared burner delivers intense, even heat, while the double-walled stainless steel body is designed to improve durability, heat retention and stability. Practical details such as an integrated grease collection drawer, removable grid rails and a detachable handle system help make handling and cleaning more straightforward. Alongside steaks, it’s suitable for cooking fish, vegetables and pizza.
