Inside are three 200g truckles: Finest Vintage Cheddar, a 3 year mature cheese with calcium crystals and a sweet note starter; Caramelised Onion Cheddar, a 2 year mature cheese with caramelised onion chutney incorporated in; and Smoked Cheddar, naturally smoked with oak and a hint of paprika.
