The Pig of Doom is the Snaffling Pig's spice lunatic brother. Granted, he's a bit melodramatic and there's no actual end of world darkness involved with his concoction, but its fair to say these bad boys don't mess about. The heat comes from Bhut Jolokia chilli (aka 'Ghost Chilli'), which is one of the hottest chillies in the world and it's one that keeps on building once snaffled.
These are only for the spice loving brave; we've seen a few people shed a tear or two taking them on. That said, if you're a Man vs Food type challenge loving swine, then they are right up your street/farm.
Our Pig of Doom pork crackling packets are sold in 12g bags and come in either a case of 12 or 50.

PORKY SNACKS: If kept air tight, our crackling should be suitably awesome up until it's best before date, which should typically be around 16 weeks from purchase, sometimes more, sometimes less.
If you dive in regularly, we'd recommend eating it up within 4 weeks - but this shouldn't be too tricky, because well, you're already diving in regularly.
As with any food product, store in a cool, dry place away from bright light and vegetarians (if it's meaty) in order to keep the swines at their best.
