From the wooded hills of south-eastern Czech Republic, The Travelling Bee Co. Honeydew Honey is a specialist honey gathered from remote woodland beside the Svratka river. It is produced from tree sap collected by bees from the bark and leaves of fir, pine, oak and willow trees, giving this rare honey its distinctive character.

Natural and unprocessed, this dark honey was awarded 2 stars at the Great Taste Awards 2023. The judges noted its rich, complex aroma, smooth texture and excellent viscosity. With a slight woody taste, it pairs particularly well with yoghurt and also complements breakfast cereal.
