The Urban Editions Darwen Solid Wood Coffee Table On Minimalist Square legs

This solid wood coffee table combines practical surface space with elegant, linear proportions. It is a minimalist, pared back design, set on contemporary square frame legs. This design has an 11cm (4.5") high opening that is accessible from either side of the table, ideal for housing coffee table paraphernalia, laptops, books, or media equipment.

We make this design from a selection of beautiful hardwoods in a range of sizes so you can select from the dropdowns the combination that works best for you.

The images show a 140cm size in dark ash with 25cm square legs a 120cm size in oak with 25cm square legs, and a 100cm dark ash version on 25cm legs.

This design is made to order and will be ready to ship in about 7-8 weeks.

Our designs are built to metric sizes. All imperial dimensions have been rounded to the nearest 1/2". Wood will shrink and expand across the grain so the depth may vary by a few millimetres (1/4").

Assembly:

This unit is sent fully built but with the legs detached, bolts are supplied ready for easy assembly.

This classic, minimalist coffee table is made in the UK in small batches using high quality hardwoods. It is made using traditional joinery techniques with solid joints and concealed solid wood plugs which add character to the top surface. It is finished with a high quality low sheen extra durable lacquer that protects it from stains while preserving all the natural character of the solid wood.
