The Urban Editions Stack Record Player Stand

This record player stand is designed to fit a small vinyl record collection, with storage below for around 180-250 LPs, and space to fit hifi equipment above, with a turntable on top. 

The minimal design with classic hairpin legs gives it a mid-century, elegant look. Made from a selection of high quality solid hardwoods, it's a compact solution for a growing record collection, and a perfectly proportioned home for displaying and enjoying your hifi and record collection. 

We have a selection of beautiful hardwoods to choose from, and it can be made in a choice of standard widths with a selection of leg height options.

The images show a solid oak 80cm (31.5") size on 20cm legs with the optional vinyl stop strips fitted and also a 60cm (24") size made from solid walnut with 30cm legs. 

This design is made to order and will be ready to ship in about 7-8 weeks.

Assembly:

It is sent as two separate wooden sections with thelegs detached ready for easy assembly. The legs are fitted with bolts and a hex key that we supply, and the connector piece is a simple bolt-on fitting.

Dimensions

The lower compartment internal opening height is 33cm (13"), ideal for accommodating 12" vinyl, while the upper opening is 11cm (4.5") high, suitable for small amplifiers, media equipment, set-top boxes and DVD players etc. Depending on the size it will accommodate 180 - 250 vinyl records.

Our designs are built to metric sizes. All imperial dimensions have been rounded to the nearest 1/2". Wood will shrink and expand across the grain so the depth may vary by a few millimetres (1/4").

This design is made in the UK using high quality hardwoods. It is made using traditional joinery techniques with solid joints and concealed solid wood plugs which add character to the top surface. It is finished with a high quality low sheen extra durable lacquer that protects it from stains while preserving all the natural character of the solid wood.
