How to apply:

Diffuser Blend - Add 6-8 drops of Eucalyptus to your diffuser to create a cleansing and stimulating atmosphere. It is also helpful for easing the symptoms of coughs and colds.

Massage Blend - Add up to 5 drops per 10ml of blending oil. This can help relieve muscular aches and pains. Use with caution on sensitive, damaged or allergy-prone skin. Not recommended for use on the face.

Bath Blend - Add 4-6 drops of Eucalyptus to 20ml of blending oil. Add to your bath water and swirl to disperse. This will make at least 3 baths. Not recommended for those with sensitive skin.

Inhalation - Useful for relieving head colds and nasal congestion, add 3 drops of Eucalyptus to a bowl of hot water, place a towel over your head, close your eyes and breathe. This application is not suitable for asthmatics, instead use in a diffuser
