Tisserand Organic Castor Oil

Harvested in India by rural farming communities, Tisserand Organic Castor Oil is a cold-pressed blending oil made from organic castor seeds. The result is a thick, light yellow oil that can be used across skin, hair and nails, as well as in traditional castor oil pack rituals.

Castor oil is naturally rich in fatty acids, including ricinoleic acid, and is used as a moisturiser to support hydration and help lock in moisture. It can be massaged into dry areas, worked through hair and scalp, or applied with a small brush or spoolie to eyebrows and eyelashes, and to nails and cuticles. Cold pressing preserves the oil’s natural nutrients and properties without the use of heat or chemicals.
