How to apply:

Diffuser Blend - Add 6-8 drops of Rose Absolute to your diffuser to soothe emotions and skin.

Massage Blend - Add up to 5 drops per 10ml of blending oil. Use with caution on sensitive, damaged or allergy-prone skin. Not recommended for use on the face.

Bath Blend - Add 4-6 drops of Rise Absolute to 20ml of blending oil. Add to your bath water and swirl to disperse. This will make at least 3 baths. Not recommended for those with sensitive skin
