Use and care

• Before first use, clean with warm soapy water, dry on the stove, heat to 212 degree Fahrenheit, then daub with vegetable oil
• After cooking, wash, wipe dry and heat on the stove for about two to three minutes; lubricate with a little vegetable oil to help prevent rust
• Do not use harsh detergents or hard metal brushes; remove burnt food with an ordinary sponge, and use dry salt for greasy residue
• The handle gets hot; use oven mitts or a tea towel to hold
