From Trapiche, Iscay 2021 is a red wine from Mendoza, drawn from high-altitude vineyards in Cruz de Piedra, Maipú, and Altamira in the Uco Valley. This Malbec and Cabernet Franc blend combines classic Bordeaux structure with a gentler Argentine expression, giving the wine both depth and poise.

The wine shows an almost black appearance and a concentrated profile of blackcurrant, damson and black cherry fruit. More savoury notes of black olives, herbs, charred padrón pepper and cream add complexity, while the tannins remain velvety and succulent. A composed, characterful bottle for the table, with richness balanced by structure.
