From Pro-Kleen, Ultima-Plus XP is a concentrated Patio Cleaner and green mould and algae remover designed for outdoor hard surfaces. The maximum-strength, non-caustic formula penetrates surfaces to help wipe out green mould and algae, then forms an invisible barrier to help control re-growth and keep areas cleaner for months after treatment.

Suitable for patios, paving, decking, tarmac, stonemasonry, bricks, wood, corrugated asbestos and greenhouse glass, it can also be used across a wide range of outdoor areas including fencing, driveways, outdoor furniture, roofs, UPVC windows, sheds, boats, caravans and motorhomes. The biodegradable, pH8 formula contains no bleach and is safe for use around children and pets once the treated area has dried. Apply using a pressure garden sprayer or a watering can; one bottle makes up to 25L, covering up to 200 square metres, with protection lasting for up to 6 months.
