Ultimate Provence Rose Magnum (1500ml - 12.5%)

From an estate near Saint-Tropez, Ultimate Provence Rosé is a Côtes de Provence wine made from Grenache, Syrah, Rolle and Cinsault. Bottled here in a 1500ml magnum, it has 12.5% ABV and shows a vibrant pale pink colour with flecks of copper in the glass.

The vineyard sits beside a nature reserve at the edge of an oak forest, with shallow topsoil over an impermeable sandstone slab and soil enriched by humus from oak leaves and vine shoots. Its food-friendly style suits a wide range of dishes, particularly BBQ food, chicken, grilled fish and sushi.
