A "Gua Sha" is a traditional Chinese medical technique where a smooth stone is scraped across the skin to release tension from the face.

How to apply:

Lightly sweep the gua sha from your chin to jawline, using gentle pressure and use even strokes moving towards the ears and then down the neck.
